Cancel or Editing your order

Once your order has been submitted, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.

This means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including but not limited to:

Canceling your order or items from your order
Changing the color or size of any items
Adding items to your order
Changing your billing or shipping address
Changing payment method
Changing the Shipping Method
Adding or Removing a Gift Card

If you'd like to place an additional order, remember our shipping is free! If you receive your order and decide you still want to return it, you can create a return here!

How do I track my order?

When you placed your order an emial confirmation was sent to you confirming the order
An addirional email is sent to you when the item has been shipping. This email has a tracking link in it.
